Introduction - References - Design Criteria
Pacific Lift and Equipment Company, Inc. is a contractor who specializes in automotive dealership planning, design and turn key equipment packages for the service and parts departments. We are most effective when we are able to provide early information on such fine details as electrical loads and connections, seismic anchoring, space allowances, building and safety / fire department permit requirements, hazardous material storage, traffic flow and budgetary allowances . Our experience has shown that early planning can avoid compromises and costly changes (charges) during the construction phase of the project.
An architectural floor plan marked with "X"s or squares is not the facility planning you want to use to build your new dealership. Not to mention trying to do your current job, while coordinating and supervising the interface of multiple trades with the general contractor and architect.
This is where we come in and you the customer assume the level of interface you choose. Whether that is making color choices or helping to design the air piping system. We will coordinate all the variables if you so desire. This turnkey approach is our forte and most dealers find this approach the most attractive. We have done many different size projects. We feel that we have the staff to provide in house planning, coordination, equipment supply, complete installation and service in a professional and timely manner. We have worked extensively with numerous car dealer architects and general contractors on many new and remodeled facilities. We have been able to interface effectively allowing us to have a smooth problem free equipment installation.
